Dark Matroyskas 4: Rasputin
Rusalkas were water-spirits that lived on the bottom of dark pools. They looked like old men and were extremely potent. They liked to lure young girls into their slimy, waterweed stuffed beds where they had the night of their lives before drowning. But who am I kidding? Any woman would do, no matter her age.
The mad monk Rasputin was clearly a rusalka as the conspirators discovered when they tried to drown him. The bullet-riddled body they showed afterwards wasn't Rasputin's: there was never a lack of wandering vagabond monks in St. Petersburg.
